Family: living and investing in Flecheiras, Brazil

For a family coming on holiday, the beach may be enough. For a family coming to live here — all year or for much of it — everyday life decides: space inside the home, the street where children ride their bikes, the distance to school and shops, and where everyone eats when going out is not an option.

That is why the properties in this selection are not necessarily the closest to the sea. Living ten minutes from the beach with space and peace often works better than a cramped apartment on the sand.
