Flecheiras Eco Lotes

About this property

Flecheiras Eco Lotes is a small development in the heart of Flecheiras, with 14 plots in two sizes: ten of 250 m² with 10 metres of frontage, and four of 375 m². Enough room for a comfortable house, without paying for land you will never use. There are deliberately few plots. A small development keeps the scale of the village and prevents the street from becoming a permanent building site. The location is the strong point. The centre of Flecheiras is minutes away, with its square, restaurants and village shops. The sea is within walking distance. Directly opposite the development stands Eco Residence, the first resort in Flecheiras. As in all our developments, there are rules for boundary walls and fencing. This is not a formality: it is what keeps the streets open, safe and pleasant to walk, instead of turning them into corridors between high walls. Anyone building here knows in advance how the whole will look — and that predictability protects the value of every plot. What you buy here is land, not a finished house. It is the choice of someone who prefers to design from scratch, in their own time, and build what suits the place.
