Life on the coast

Investment

Investing on this coast takes two very different forms, and it is worth separating them from the outset.

The first is buying something ready to generate a return: an apartment or house with demand for holiday rentals, in a location that should remain attractive five years from now. The calculation is about occupancy, maintenance and appreciation.

The second is buying land: sites for development, subdivision areas, beachfront plots and land for an inn or hotel. The calculation is different: what the site permits, what the region lacks and how much time you have.

Both are valid and both are in this selection. They are simply not the same thing.

Investment. Completed properties and land selected for rental, appreciation or development potential on the Trairi coast.

What we selected

For completed properties, we consider rental potential, location, condition and prospects for appreciation.

For land, we consider area, frontage, access, registration status, what local planning rules permit and the scarcity of what remains in that stretch.

In both cases, the starting point is the same: we present only what is documented and registered. In a region where much land is still held informally, this considerably shortens the list — and that is exactly why we work this way.
