The wind is why much of this coast’s international community is here. It is not a minor detail — it shapes the day, determines where people live and brings them back after a first season.
Not every property on this coast works for riders. The difference between five and twenty minutes from the water is the difference between going out twice a day and once. Anyone who has spent a season here knows exactly what that means.
What we selected
For this selection, we consider only properties in areas directly on kite beaches: Flecheiras Entrada, Guajiru and Emboaca.
This deliberately excludes much of Flecheiras and the entire Mundaú region. They are excellent places — but not for those who come for the wind.
